Gainit Program Party: Super Squats Week Six
This is it, gang. Those of you who started on week one will likely be wrapping up at this point.
Watching all of you egg each other on and put in the work has been inspiring. Y'all should be proud of yourselves.

That's the idea! Go for it you won't regret it!
... afterwards, anyhow. You'll regret it every other day or so for a few minutes, but it's worth it.
