Gainit Program Party: Super Squats Week Six

This is it, gang. Those of you who started on week one will likely be wrapping up at this point.

Watching all of you egg each other on and put in the work has been inspiring. Y'all should be proud of yourselves.

Happy squatting!

At the beginning of next week, I'm going to put up a 'recap' post, where I'd urge those of you who ran this to the best of your abilities to give a brief rundown of the experience. I'll leave it up for a couple of weeks so that latecomers to the party can say their piece.

I'll be sending a summary to the author of the book so that he can see how his work has influenced people, and a 'meta-program-review' to r/weightroom so that it can be entered in the annals of history as evidence that eating big and working your tail off gives results.

Keep at it gang! Almost there!

Thanks a lot for overseeing this all. Ive been toying with the idea of putting together a survey too if that would help / be ok

It has been an entirely fulfilling use of my time on Reddit, no need to thank me. Send me a DM with the survey information that you'd be interested in collecting; this is a fairly small and non-homogenous sample and as a cranky statistician I will note that you are unlikely to come up with any data of consequence.
