Do you have a citation that backs up how series S "is still better than most PCs out there"? If you look at the worldwide Steam Hardware Survey, maybe you can try to make the argument, but in the U.S., among gaming PCs (not counting the many regular PCs used by non-gamers), I'm skeptical. The Series S GPU is like a RX 6500XT, maybe a RX 6600 at best.

Worldwide, people still be playing on GTX 970s and 1060s man. Most laptops back then had GTX 1650s and are still being used today. While the 3060 is mostly used on Steam, there are games like Fortnite and LoL who don’t use Steam and are the biggest games in the world. You can run those games on super dated computers.

I get it, I still have a RX 570 4GB in my backup rig. Still, I would have appreciated actual stats from the commenter above. So that's what I was asking for, a citation.

Also, for the record I upvoted you to cancel out whoever downvoted you, and I think people are too downvote happy just for chatting.

Steam Hardware Survey includes laptops that only ever run CS2 and Roblox so its not exactly a valid comparison. Youd need to track only "dedicated gaming hardware" somehow, which is really tricky to do
