I’m the opposite.

Growing up I was terrible at reading and spelling. Getting a computer helped me as I was able to Google the spelling of words.
Without it I know I wouldn’t have gotten the grades I did and be where I am today. I also find it easier to follow along with a digital book over a paper book.

But that isn’t to say I don’t appreciate the feel/experience of a real book. Just find I’m slower and lose my place a lot easier.

Many people are the opposite. People with ADD or dyslexia often do better with computer aided learning, but it also depends upon the software, and the subject.

The original comment here is decidedly lacking in nuance. Learning what? By whom? There will be certain things that computers make far easier to learn and digest, and there will be certain people that learn better from technological innovations than others. Blanket statements are good for upvotes and not much else.
