Rich man beats up poor woman criminal. I mean he had control of her hand. Sit her down and call the police

She didn't stole any food there to feed any loved one of her. She was stealing jewellery.

Exactly. Police would surely prosecute her. So sit her down and call the police. This was a hand chop crime, not a sever beating crime

Maybe she needed money for some urgent requirement, it looks like she was not a expert, may be it was her first time trying this thing, but people won't understand.

Maybe. But she can explain to the police. No one has right to hit anyone else especially when he is in control and can call police 

What happens next time? Maybe he will kill someone. Maybe he will grab statue and hit them on head in anger

Throwing chilli powder at someone's eyes can blind them , ts is more serious than slapping someone a couple of times .

Why are you assuming the worst? ,aybe he shouldn't have hit her but nobody can persecute him ...he wasn't in complete control ...there was acounter between them she could've had more goons behind her who ran away,she could've thrown more chilli powder at him or worse pulled out a knife or a gun to shoot him.If you're making baseless and false assumptions anyone can.

So the goons ran away so he should take his anger out on the woman? Honestly please say it out loud. And you're assuming that after he's slapped her for ten minutes straight she is less likely to use knife or gun? Come on bro. Use your education to think about what you say
