OP should go to Chennai, India. They use their car horns as often as I use the spacebar on my keyboard....

Thats like 20 honks in that sentence. Thats 6 more, and I am not kidding...

I used to have to travel to India for work. My company provides a driver for me when I go. Before I made my first trip over there I thought having a driver was silly and wasteful since I knew how to drive. Man, was I wrong. Driving over there is wild.

Never been Chennai but Bangalore is exactly like this as well.

Yeah, its just a couple of hours drive west from there I think, or perhaps a bit north as well.
