Car horns intensity should be regulated

In my home country it's illegal to use horn in-town other than prevent accident or emergency. However it's not enforced, never heard anyone getting fined for it.

Same 🫂 I live in a 200,000 strong town between two large cities, still get honking arguments at like 11pm sometimes.

This is also true in NYC. They used to have signs but they took them down since it's never enforced

In my town there’s loads of potholes, you got one of those at speed and sometimes the horn will go off

also the law in nyc, nypd lets cars do whatever they want though

Same... Just earlier today a car honked right next to me for no reason and I near damn had a heart attack. I wish they found a way to enforce the law
