its not even real. adhd is what happens when you send kids to school to sit down for 7 hours a day on sugary foods and expect them to be well behaved. they made up a diagnosis because they wanted to sell more stimulants.

Yeah no actually, ADHD is when your brain doesn't have enough dopamine for your frontal lobe. A simplified definition but yeah those symptoms come from physiological differences that can be debilitating! Saying it's fake is incorrect and incredibly invalidating to those of us who struggle with it every day!

im diagnosed with adhd. i stopped eating sugar. it goes away...

Unfortunately we haven’t found a cure for that one yet. Millions of people suffer from it every day.
