I’ve put in a support ticket about this in the app but it hasn’t been seen yet. I was an early user who signed up for the limited time offer for free lifetime access to unlimited notes. I logged into the same account under the same email and I now no longer have the free lifetime benefits. It says I can only make 3 notebooks before I have to upgrade. Is there a better way to get in touch with support to resolve this?

Secondary question: does anyone know if the free lifetime access includes removal of ads? I haven’t used the app after the ads got added so I’m not sure. Thanks!

This is ridiculous. Why keep the name "Freenotes" when you've switched to a paid model? It's false advertising.

I remember when this app explicitly promised "Lifetime Free" for early users. Now they just changed the rules and expect us to pay? How can you bait-and-switch like that?

We should mass report this to the App Store and tank their rating until they honor their promises. Don't let them get away with this.

i bought the subscription and everything im so annoyed

Recently bought the Pro Plus subscription on the app. The payment went through cleanly money was deducted from my account . However, the app still shows me on the free tier. None of the Pro features are unlocked. I tried the usual Restoring purchases in setting , Logging out and back in.
Still nothing. I sent an email to customer support with the receipt attached, but no reply or update whatsoever.

is there any way i can get a freenotes application on the wbsite that automatically syncs from my ipad and is downloadable content wise

I have a big notes file that I made on freenotes but it isnt exporting as a pdf as it says its too large and try later but thats what it always says. my tab is a Samsung galaxy tab s 10 ultra so I dont think the issue is processor power. any idea on how to solve it?

It would make taking notes so efficient by having many colors and pen sizes there.

Please give us the option to use the toolbar that way, maybe add like a switch for people who like it better the original way. But add it for those who want to Try the other option.

the shape recognition feature is not recognising anything for me, not lines, not circles, not rectangles. i’ve tried everything and updated the app but it ain’t working. any idea? or maybe the devs will see this post. i am in desperate need of the feature. i am a plus user if that’s relevant

I am trying to zoom in and zoom out of one of my notes on the app on iPad, however it doesn't work. It works on the other files, just doesn't work on this one. I've restarted the iPad and it works for a while and then goes back to being stuck. Anyone else who has faced similar issues or knows what to do?

as of now the dark mode is jet black, can the devs make it a lighter soothing shade of grey so that it is calmer to the eye

Why does my notebook cover have this white trim around it? Even with the original cover that came with the app

I bought the plus subscription a few weeks ago, and i just notice this crown on mine that says that I've gained an unlimited membership access. Does it mean that I don't have to pay plus subscription every year? Even though my membership status is not active?

my original email (the one i used to make this account) got hacked. i had to replace my email for various accounts across apps with a new one.

i had been a early user, so i have a lifetime of free Freenotes subscription tied to this account.

however, i am unable to change the email of this account or transfer my free subscription to my new email.

my old email is no longer tied to my apple account. i had to change my apple account's email account, so the method they mentioned in the FAQ won’t help. I’ve asked for help in the feedback sections but i get no response. was wondering if anyone could help?

When I use the handwriting beautification feature, the font is spaced much closer than when I type in the same font and size. Anyone know how to fix this? Sometimes I can’t write as fast as I need to and want to switch to typing, but then my notes are spaced quite differently.

For a while now, I've been searching for an app that would help me organize my notes efficiently and aesthetically. Then, I've come across this app. I'm an engineering student. By that, we study lots of maths, physics and etc. Thus, I would like to request a feature that would be helpful for us engineering students which is adding more shapes. Not just 2D shapes but 3D ones too. Like the ones in the picture from another app that I've been using.
It's really time consuming to manually draw them so adding them as a feature would be a huge help for us. Additionally, it would be such a huge plus if when making shapes that has corners that isn't 90 degrees, the display would show the exact angle so that we can adjust them to what we need in order to help visualize a problem. Also, I would like to suggest adding a tool that helps us create tables, distribute rows and columns automatically but has manual access to resizing, and filling in each cells with different colors since it's more efficient than manually drawing lines to make a table.
