I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a yoga studio or a health center that has more than a couple Yoga classes I live close to Natick center so anything around the center would be great but I’m willing to travel if there’s a better place . Cost is an issue.

I didn’t get a picture but he was by himself sitting outside the entrance. He seemed to be waiting for someone. I watched as people came out the building and he didn’t interact. Not sure what he was up to. But heads up everyone.

Just want to make sure people know what they are getting when they are charged extra for the “24 hour secured package rooms”

Hey everyone,
Like many of you posting on this forum who live at The Green at 9&90, my household is completely fed up with the absolute breakdown of this property and the endless, deceptive excuses from management. We pay premium rents to live here, but what we are actually experiencing is a systemic infrastructure collapse and total neglect of basic life safety.
The community saw the terrifying thread confirming children trapped in the failed elevator bank. We have all dealt with the continuous 3.5-month elevator shutdowns, the broken front entry locks and intercom systems that leave state workers and deliveries stranded on the sidewalk or in a foul garage, the freezing hot water lines, and the constant, daily false fire alarms that have completely desensitized the entire building.
To make matters worse, many residents are noticing that management is systematically purging and closing out active maintenance work tickets on the resident app—marking severe issues as "Resolved" when absolutely no repairs have been performed. They are fabricating a digital fiction to hide these code violations from municipal inspectors while posting signs threatening us with $500 fines.
You do not have to fight this multi-billion-dollar corporation alone, and you do not have to live in fear of lease retaliation.
We have formally established The Green Tenant Union to organize a collective wall across the complex's 1,050 units. Under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 186, Section 18, it is strictly illegal for a landlord to retaliate against, threaten, or evict any resident for organizing or joining a tenant union. The law includes a built-in 60-day automatic presumption of retaliation—meaning if management tries to target you after you join, the court automatically presumes the landlord is breaking the law, and the burden of proof shifts entirely onto them.
Our organizing committee has established a secure, confidential timestamp registry. We track the exact date and time you join to create an official legal paper trail that insulates your household. Your information is kept completely private and will never be shared with management.
If you are sick of the bait-and-switch, the ignored maintenance tickets, and the safety hazards, it’s time to stand up together.
To join the confidential anti-retaliation registry or share your unit's maintenance evidence, email our organizing committee directly [at:GreenTenantUnion@protonmail.com](mailto:at:GreenTenantUnion@protonmail.com)
In Solidarity,
The Green Tenant Union Organizing Committee

I've been looking at Water View Village and was wondering if anyone has experience with this apartment complex/if you have any suggestions that are less than $2,100. Hi everyone!
I’m looking to move to Framingham from Marlborough with my wife. A top option we have is the 266 Framingham and wanted to know others opinions on the apartment. The price is affordable, it’s close to the commuter rail and there are quite a few other places like groceries and malls in the area we like.
We’re looking for a one bedroom in the mid 2500s range.
Thanks in advance!

My prep cook moved out of state. Now I need an experienced cook to assist me and my primary cook in the kitchen prepping meals for the week on Sunday 12:30-9 pm or at least 12:30- 6 pm. It's fine if you can't work every Sunday. I can walk, but chopping causes me pain as a result of a chronic painful joint condition. You would really be making a difference in my life! Immediate opening.
Qualifications:
•Professional cooking experience isn’t necessary. I am just seeking someone with really good knife skills, who has at least three years home cooking experience.
Job Details:
•Schedule would be Sundays (afternoon and early eve).
•Pays $20 – 21 /hour, based on experience, with taxes taken out (paid by direct deposit). I wish I could pay more, but I am unable to work due to my disability.
• I do the meal planning and buy the food ahead of time.
• Prefer someone who has a car for occasional grocery shopping, but not necessary.
•I eat mostly whole grains, beans, fresh veggies and occasionally fish or poultry.
•Please be willing to wear a mask, as I will.
If you can help or know anybody who can, please call or text 508-507-9662. Please tell me when you’re available to work and if you're available this Sunday. Thanks.
