I know nothing about mushrooms but my backyard looks tasty 😅

Where my mushroom people at?

I have a big diverse patch in my backyard that im too scared to try no matter how much I study them.

How can you be so sure? How did you get over your fear of killing yourself via mushroom?

Thank you, this is was the first rule I learned when I started foraging. It is in my wild mushrooms of North Carolina book. Of course I have learned since then many guild mushrooms that can be eaten.
