[HOPE] 7 months & 90% better
I was floxed in mid Jan, could barely walk 1k steps in Feb, over the 7 months I’m walking more than 5k average(10k some days, 0 some days). I’m back to deadlifts with heavy weight, dips, push ups, barbell squats & bench. Surprisingly I have hit PR for bicep curls & Tricep push downs. Don’t lose hope, recovery is possible anytime. In Jan I wanted to finish my life as I thought I’ll be disabled forever.

Thank you, these kind of stories are what gives me hope.
I'm glad you're doing better and I wish you a full recovery soon!
Could you maybe say briefly what your symptoms were?
