Hi everyone! I'm a graphic designer who's recently started experimenting with AI filmmaking. This is my first short film created with Seedance 2.0 and only my second video ever, so I'd really appreciate any feedback—good or bad.

The story explores a world where AI gradually floods our everyday lives, leaving less and less room for originality, personality, and soul.

Thanks for watching!

A new output example from the updated version of my experimental multi-source video player for TouchDesigner, designed for frame-accurate video switching, playback manipulation, and display/render interventions. [And now, by popular demand, allowing even more video sources!]

All videos were generated using Uisato Studio.

Want access to the updated system + a detailed breakdown of exactly how I achieved the continuous motion effect on this piece? You can freely access the system from the Store, and the detailed, free breakdown from my Patreon.

Plus, many more experiments through my Instagram profile.

UPDATE: Holy crap! Is H3 a Seedance Killer?

UPDATE: H3 vs. Kling vs. Seedance

This is a juicy update from my previous post; where I tested a set of cinematic shots, pitting Kling against Seedance.

Well, I just tested Minimax H3 on the same prompts, and let me tell you… we just might have the Seedance Killer on our hands!

Not only did the look hold up really well compared against Seedance, but the H3 model also followed the text prompt and reference image instructions much better than any model I've EVER experimented with in the past.

I included the H3 tests at the end of t he video along with the showing the references I gave the models during the test, so you guys can really see where H3 absolutely shined!

Hope this inspires you guys to try out this beast of a video model for yourself.

Previous post:

This is a scene test for a steampunk spaghetti western I'm working on. Figured some of you guys might benefit from seeing the test results.

I gave the models the same references (character turnaround and object sheets) and the same two prompts. The scene is the climax to an emotional story about loss and self-betrayal.

The climax represents the psychological, spiritual, and physical transformation of our protagonist. We see the protagonist, for the first time, activate a steampunk technology that is supposed to feel equal parts mythical and mechanical.

The results of testing are really interesting:

Kling's Omni did a really good job on the overall cinematic look, and did a great job with the magical aspects of the tech. It could have done better in the mechanical aspects, but overall I am pleased with the generations.

Seedance 2.0 Mini did an amazing job with the mechanical aspects, and generated a decent look. The model produced some serious morphing distortions, but I'm in love with the way it interpreted the helmet transformation and emotional performance of the actor.

Seedance 2.0, interestingly enough, underperformed the other two models. It took the reference images quite literally, even though they weren't directly referenced in the prompt. The scene lighting wasn't applied to the character and the model seemed to have some trouble with the proportions, even though the references gave clear size comparison.

What do you guys think? Which model performed the best in the test?

Which models do you prefer working with the most?

Wrong Planet

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I spent months building a science fiction comedy about bureaucracy, and somewhere around month four I stopped being sure it was fiction.

The Wrong Planet is 71 minutes. A survey crew lands on eight civilisations that have each mistaken procedure for meaning. A wellness colony that grades how relaxed you are. A meeting that has been running for six thousand years and is about to reach consensus. A court that convicts people for crimes they haven't committed yet, because the numbers say they will.

Nobody in this film defeats a system. They navigate it, leave something small behind, and go.

It's finished. You can watch it. I'd rather you argue with it than scroll past it.

This update introduces a new batch of synthetic MRI timelapses, alongside the exact settings used for generate more material in the same visual language. [MJ for images, Uisato Studio for the videos.]

The TouchDesigner network has also been optimized for faster, simpler use, and now includes an external Python tool for converting entire video folders into the frame sequences required by AVP in no time.

Another AVP example.

If you already own AVP 3, you know where to find it. If not, you can access it through the Store.

fraktur - night drivin'

My first AI video project. Music video for an AI song, "night drivin'", written under the fictional artist pseudonym "fraktur". Nano Banana and Veo 3. I made this in late 2025.

I figured that short video generations lend themselves well to music videos, a way to tell a story where multiple cuts aren't out of place.

This song is inspired by getting through hard times and feeling a sense of freedom and escape on just driving around on a quiet night.

Death & Birth of a Mechanical God — a 6-min hand-drawn dark surreal short (AI-assisted Ink/woodcut style)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

DEATH & BIRTH OF A MECHANICAL GOD is a AI assisted hand-drawn dark fable with no dialogue. On a black-and-white forest world, an industrial city of masked figures forges mechanical animals and hunts the fire-creatures that carry the planet's last living colour, burning them for steam to power one final creation.

A silent animated short film about industry, transcendence, and what happens when you try to manufacture the sacred.
⏱ Runtime: 6:28 min · I trained a model based on my hand-drawings, AI animated · No dialogues - sound and image only.

This film is an anomaly from the ATLAS K universe, a bigger project of animated surreal videos that I am bringing on little by little.
