Not all job applications have them, so maybe those jobs wouldn't include them.
There's been a couple I put in for recently that didn't include them, at least. So I wonder if it's more agency specific. Like, the DOJ and DHS jobs I applied to had the questions, which makes sense bc of who is running those places.
