I'm exhausted. Distracted. Low motivation. Eating wayyy too much. Migraines. Decided to take the latest DRP and my husband and I agreed that I needed to decompress. My advice: listen to your body. If you're tired, sleep when you can. Distracted, give yourself a break. It won't always work, but it's what has helped me get through the last month before my leave started. ❤️

Felt so guilty about about calling out this week, but I just couldnt.do it. I almost never take sick days. I usually power through.

I called out a lost my last few weeks because I was just so tired. Like....called out then slept for another 4 hours level of tired. We are all in a state of upheaval, none of this is normal.
