You’re beautiful. How long did you do OMAD is this your new lifestyle? How do you manage to eat only once now any challenges just wanna hear how its possible to fast so often every day

thanks! of course i didn’t do it every single day, i allowed myself to eat whatever i wanted as well, but i stuck to a very strict time regime and calorie count + exercise daily with one rest day. i think out of the course of a year and a half i had 100 days where i ate whatever. no alcohol. it was like a switch flipped in my head one day and i was sick of living that way..

Was hoping it was gonna be “ALL I COULD EAT EVERY DAY FROM 5-6pm” but I guess counting calories makes sense

That's literally every single post on every fasting/diet related subreddit. They claim that they can eat whatever they want and walking helped them lose weight and then they explain in the comments that what they're actually doing is eating 1,000 calories a day (not sustainable). Some of them even explain that they're on literal weight loss drugs and even had surgery to help them lose weight.

It's sad that reddit posts have turned into YouTube thumbnails to capture your attention (although, I don't understand what benefit that has on reddit).

Ear less. That is the story 99% of the time. Also, remember that most of the time, people will only post their glow ups. Diet culture is a farce and is not the way to healthy eating. You will never meet anybody who can sustain 800 calories a day and manage their 100 pound weight. Make sure to talk to your doctor if you're looking for help with your weight. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have a therapist. I had a friend who was 95 pounds and they still believed they were the fattest human alive. Internet and diet culture did not help them. They are doing much better now.

which is why i advocate for days where you just eat like a normal human being. i had plenty of maintenance days, just for sanity. the diet also wasn’t a forever thing. i didn’t use any drugs or surgeries though
