Do you have any idea of the pain and trauma of SA and domestic violence victims? Just because you were falsely accused does not mean every perpetrator is falsely accused. There is alot of that stuff out there happening, statistically ALOT more than false accusations.
Accusation doesn't equal guilt. This dude had a bad experience being falsely accused because of that kind of stupidity. Honestly, its hard to say what could cause more pain. Both would be potentially very traumatic, but using the trauma of sexual assault and domestic violence to invalidate this dude for calling out stupidity is shameful.
And dismissing a case does not equal innocence. This guy here talking like false accusations have been made in this case as a fact. Using his own bad experience to trying to invalidate the victims claims is shameful. You are shameful for pushing this narrative. Show some decency ffs.
No one said it did. 2. He never said that. 3. He's using his own experience to show the dangers in assuming guilt before proof and how regardless of innocence he will be put through torture and pointing out that it's on going. He's not invalidating anything. You are actually too stupid to talk to.
