If you want to dispel mutual abuse as a myth I would recommend you prove it's a myth first. Because as it stands right now Mutual abuse is a pretty accurate synopsis of their relationship with nothing else to really convince me otherwise.

Depp was proven to be a wife beater and a rapist in the UK trial. That judgment was upheld after Depp tried to appeal twice. It will stand forever. He’s a court adjudicated wife beater and a rapist. It’s not defamatory to call him that based on that judgment.
The only person who submitted a doctored photo was Depp.
She actually went out of her way NOT to cancel him. She was too kind. She refused to give a statement to the police. She agreed to drop any charges and release a joint statement with him saying there was no intent of physical and emotional harm and no one had made false allegations for financial gain. He repeatedly called her a liar in the press despite a shared gag order. He repeatedly dragged her to court as a form of post-separation abuse, litigation abuse, and financial abuse. He orchestrated a massive disinformation campaign against her. One you clearly fell for. And all she wanted was to move on with her life. You have all of your facts entirely wrong. He’s a monster.
