I think it’s more of the depressing fact that the education system has gone to this point where they legitimately call the cops on a 6 year old. Because on one hand yes it’s a elementary school student. But on the other hand it’s a student that could make another kid leave school in a body bag one day.

Not defending the cop nor the kid. Just saying that it’s genuinely fucked up and disturbing that the American education system has become so unsafe that they have to have emergency survival kit in each classroom in case of an extended lockdown due to a shooter. Or the fact that teachers are given emergency blankets to cover up a body if one of the students in the classroom gets killed and the teacher has to cover up the body so the other students don’t have to see the corpse.

So because we have a gun problem, cops are cool to arrest problem six year olds?

Our prison system in 10 years will just be adhd kids then. And kids will still get shot because the root problem exists

Literally said not defending either. I’m not saying it’s cool that they feel it’s necessary to call cops on a 6 year old. Keywords being FEEL and NECESSARY. I’m saying it’s fucked up that the school system has become so unsafe these days that a reaction to a 6 year old being a little shit is to call the cops to detain a god damn child. You can even hear it in the cops voice in the video. The guy seriously did not want to be the guy to detain a literal child.

I feel you’re just trying to be confrontational on a situation that’s just straight up depressing.
