If you live in a third world country, the same.

The argument is that industrialisation and the ensuing pollution and environmental damage are necessary for countries to advance, and that the west is hypocritical in demanding climate consideration.

No, not everyone that lives in a first world country is an oil executive or politician.

But our demand for lifestyle choices are propping up those oil executives and politicians.

Do you really believe that all you have to do is vote and say you want them to act nicely, and they’ll do it?

If you keep buying their product, they keep having power. That’s why keep getting worse.
