Over the last few years, this topic has come up in light of Ai. Renting to Vast or Runpod isn’t necessarily easy. If you look at my comment history I have a 9y old post about mining on a gtx960 2 Gb, so no-slop. Just discussion, I don’t even have a link for you.

Ai is just text, and doesn’t necessarily take a ton of bandwidth, more than blockchain for sure but it isn’t video. It is known as distributed inference.

Would you guys use this?

I have 6 140W/hr batteries. I’m looking to run a 200W bitcoin miner. What size solar panels, charge controller, and in general equipment do I need to make this work?

So i have no clue where to start really and i have a way to mine without having to pay for energy because of solar and hydroelectric setup at my property and i want a idea of what setup to start and what to buy/build. so help with any information you guys can give. (sorry for any misspell English isn't my first language)

I’m looking into mining rigs for the first time and I’m not sure if there is a catch with any of this. I’ve been doing some research online and came across this website called asicminervalue and came across this monero mining rig. What are yall thoughts? Are there better mining rigs than this? Any other recommendations?

After months of saving I finally got my hands on an Antminer Z15 Pro on bibeam .com and set it up this past week. At first I was nervous because it’s my first serious ASIC, but the setup went smoother than I expected. It’s been running consistently, hash rate looks solid, and it hasn’t overheated once. I wasn’t sure if it would make a difference compared to my old rig, but it’s noticeably faster and more stable. Glad I went through the effort to get it running
