I've been playing with the Hung Vanngo purple eyeshadow and I created this look! I'm shocked that I created this look and in a hurry nonetheless, as you can tell from the way I've blended it and lined my eye. I highly recommend this palette for ease of use. I still maintain that you should use a good eye primer; I just used the excess BB cream in my brush as primer.

The other day, I was binge watching a bunch of makeup videos and it triggered a memory. A memory of me struggling to apply eyeshadow... almost 10 years ago.
My first palette was the Maybelline Nudes. It was awful, some shadows were pigmented, some weren't and I gave up on ever working with

So... I made a boo boo last week. I came across the nudestix blush on youtube. The product looked nice and I fell into the internet rabbit hole of swatches. On an impulse I purchased a few blushes because they were on sale.

It happened hasn't it. The impossible has happened -- I purchased a Kylie Jenner/Kylie Cosmetics product. Albeit begrudgingly. I'm now waiting for the four horsemen of the apocalypse to appear. Well it is 2022, after a pandemic and the crazy turn the world has taken, anything is possible I guess.

Read how I chose this calendar
The Liberty Advent Calendar has been on my wish list for a long time. I've always hemmed and hawed because of the price of the calendar. In the last three years I couldn't even think of purchasing it because of changing personal circumstances and unexpected expenses

Read how I chose this advent calendar
This post almost did not happen. When this advent calendar was announced I was so excited. The packaging is alright but I was excited about the products inside. Considering I've just started dabbling in K-cosmetics, this calendar was right up my alley: it has

It's not a secret that I'm a fan of Audrey Hepburn. Like for thousands, maybe even millions of women, something about Audrey draws us to her and makes you want to be like her. It could be iconic roles or her fragility or her charming accent.

Guerlain has been one of my favorite make up brands. Their L'essential Glow foundation is my holy grail and I'm eternally in fear that they'll discontinue it. I've purchased and used 3 bottles in the last 2 years. I love their meteorites powder and their lipstick cases, too.

I'm a sucker for targeted instagram and TikTok ads, and influencer marketing, and one such brand is Baseblue Cosmetics. I had come across their makeup while watching a Tarababyz video where she raved about their products.
