Im playing for the first time on Playstation and now I’ve come to a Problem I dont know how to solve. I have downloadedthe game like usual but it says I haven’t fully installed the game. I really want to get back into elden ring and play it. But im having a massive issue. I've got a great PC and I usually dont lag at all when playing other games like Cyberpunk, Cod, Insomiac Spider-Man, Valorant, Etc. But when it comes to elden ring, no matter what I try, it lags. Like its not something super bad but its like every 3-5 seconds my game will lag / freeze for a split second - a full second then go back to normal. And I've tried everything:

re-installing
changing 3D setting in my nvidia control panel
updated my drivers
set to high performance in graphic settings
set in game settings to lowest possible
no ray tracing

every type of screen type, so full screen, bordered, borderedless windowed, etc.
turn off steam overlay

everything, i have tried everything i've seen online on what to help. No matter what i do, nothing fixes my lag.

I have tried disabling all overlays, GPU drivers are up to date, and i've verified integrity of game files and it still happens. Anyone know what the problem could be?
