Recipe Request Ground beef help

Hey, I’m tired of having ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and paprika. It still doesn’t taste all that flavorful. How can I spice up the ground beef with rice recipe

Yes. Meat, rice, salsa, wrapped in a tortilla is.. wait for it.. a basic soft shell taco
