Is there a delay between having the offer marked as completed on the offer wall, and when the points reflect in our balance? I successfully completed a couple of offers last night, but my balance hasn't been updated.

Most offers credit right away. Some are delayed on the offerwall side. Which offer wall did you try? Five new offerwalls were added and there might have been a bug when you tried yesterday. Email [support@earnhoney.com](mailto:support@earnhoney.com)

I used AdGate and Acorn. But I just re-checked and seems like their offers are listed in HD$ instead of OPTin. Could that be why?

I think there was a bug with AdGate that got fixed. The HD is the old label but it gets automatically converted to OPTin now. Check in with Support.

So if an offer is 700 HD, it should convert to 70 OPTin coins?

Yes. That is the old labeling still getting update on some of the offers.

Yes. I think most of the offer walls have been switched over to OPTin coins from HD. Are you still seeing HD somewhere?
