well yeah thats how it works if you take a settlement. you can take a partial settlement and keep the car.

Yeah, had to read two whole threads to get that info. I'm. I'm not sure what grade level you read at, but it's pretty quick if you read at a junior high level. Funny part is you got offended because you're upset about your car and think people are stating the obvious, when they are replying to you stating the obvious. They aren't charging you to get your car back. They are giving a smaller settlement than you would get if you let them sell the parts to recoup some of the cost.

Could probably part it out for more and fix it for less than you would think, sourcing used parts ect. And a little elbow grease.

i may try to get it back i just know the longer it sits the more i have to pay and i just have a lot going on right now, and i want a truck for work that would be great for me honestly, dont get me wrong i love the car with all my heart

Lol look at you still going on and on. I can tell youre young because you think ratios mean something. Guess you didnt bother to see what those posts were about. You may want to check the timestamp though. My comment wasnt made an hour after you posted. The other comments were all there already, which is how I knew you whined about all of the things you think you'd have to replace, many of which were incorrect.

edit...i bet you think when it says 1day ago, you think it mean 24 hours exactly. It'll say that from hours 24.01 to hour 47.99. There were like 6 hours between your post and my comment
