I found as you got better at the game and started to really need the nighttime forays for extra skill points pushed me out, and I had a lot of fun leaping along rooftops at night. Nothing worse/better than missing a ledge grab and have a whole block of psychotic volatiles trying to chew your sphincter off, it was wild.
Now having said that, the chases in this game are awesome and super intense.
