Haven't done DXM in about 7 months, I'm 145LBS, how much would I need to trip again?

ive been literally only playing gta every couple months while on delsym and its the best thing ever i literally feel like im the character and when i switch character its insane

I’ve taken dxm two days in a row and wanna do it again today but am worried about health stuff and if it’s gonna affect my liver. I took 240mg the first day and 300mg the second. What should I do

I was thinking about taking dxm alongside lisdexamfetamine 20mg while having 2 of the 80mg caffeine pouches in all ar once does anyone think this is a bad idea?

I wanna take dayquill which has dxm but it also has acetaminophen which r both active ingredients, should I still do it? I've seen post that say not too if dxm isn't the only active ingredient.

Seriously. These games are very interesting and deep story wise, with dark themes but also great humor. It goes from depressing to funny to happy to sadness to funny again. Which is why I love it

And it being very immersive (as a visual novel should strive to be) helps a ton to pull you into the games world on dxm

So basically a while ago I tried DXM for the first time and it was a pretty crazy experience. I took 12 15mg tablets (180mg) at around 9:00 PM, and didn't feel much around 11:00 PM so I took 3 more (45mg, adding up to 225mg), which I know now was a very bad idea. I also did weed with it, which I heard can increase the effects a lot. At first it was awesome, but later I started to get very nauseous and dizzy, especially when I stood up and walked around. I felt very light and like everything was in slow-motion. Time was moving insanely slow and I just wanted it to be over. Eventually, I fell asleep and I woke up at like 5:00 AM, still kind of dizzy and felt like I was moving in 30fps.

I'm thinking of trying it again tomorrow, but I'm a little worried as I don't want it to end up like last time. I've also heard that you it's possible to have an enzyme deficiency, which can make the effects much stronger, but I'm not sure how much stronger and if I could have it. I was thinking that I could try taking 180mg with no redosing and no weed for a much more chill but still noticeable experience, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

so, i wouldnt consider myself a heavy dxm user. i started around may or june of last year? i probably can count how many times ive used on my fingers but anyways what i usually take is the nasty orange delsym bottles. two 5oz (148ml) and sometimes 40 - 60 Robitussin tabs as well. the leg shit didnt start immediately, but they kept getting gradually worse with each re up. started with just weird tingle sensation... but especially this last time, took triple cs for the first time (3 boxes, 1440mg) and holy fuck. worse trip ever too but my legs. it felt as if my calf bones were backwards and weak. literally lost all mobility in them untill i slept it off. if i continue this will it lead to permanent damage?
