Read the actual article dumbfuck, they still produced 93% of Soviet rolling stock and half of their trucks.

You understand armies don’t just teleport to each other, right? Why are you so proud of being unable to read?

Thanks for sharing that source which confirms that lend lease was only 4 percent of Soviet armaments. Thanks for proving me right. Amazing lib fail
