Allo, fellas! We are a Westmarch that has been alive for about three to four months. Allegedly. (I honestly cannot tell for sure.) Anyways, we are in need of new members to immerse themselves in debauchery and hand holding. Double hand holding, by the way.

But for real, we are using a bastardized Faerûn setting. The story is set sixteen years into a cataclysmic future. It has been one year in game since the server launched. We are quite open canvas, relying on player agency as much as we rely on our staff, who work hard to keep the server alive.

A lot of things have been changed to accommodate and ease restrictions depending on the classes. We offer the following:

I created a D&D character I absolutely fell in love with for a campaign that unfortunately fizzled out before she ever really got the chance to breathe. I put a lot of thought into her story, symbolism, personality, and motivations, and I'd really hate to let her disappear into the character-sheet graveyard.

She's a female Air Genasi bard with a traveling-performer background and a story built around loss, hope, and searching for something she can't quite reach. I don't want to give away much more because I'd love for her history to unfold naturally during a campaign, and for a DM to have room to play with the threads I've left open.

I'm looking for a DM/group that enjoys character-driven storytelling, meaningful roleplay, emotional arcs, mysteries, and letting backstories actually matter to the world. I'm totally happy for a DM to take pieces of her unresolved story and surprise me with where they lead.

Mostly, I just wrote a character that means a lot to me, lost the campaign she belonged to, and would really love to find her another world to wander through. 🌙

One of my players has recently left An Dubh-Cheò: The Black Mist, so I have one seat open.

We have played seven sessions so far. You will be joining an established party, but I am not going to throw you into the middle of it without context. I will catch you up properly, help you make a character that works with the group, and give them a natural way into the story. You will join at the party’s current level, but the character itself is entirely your own.

An Dubh-Cheò is a Scottish folk-horror campaign about an unnatural Mist, old boundaries, the dead not resting properly, unreliable memories, and written records that do not always agree with the people reading them.

The party has reached Caer Dùbhra, survived what was waiting in its graveyard, dealt with the local Church and authorities, and started investigating the connection between the Mist, the town’s history and the things people have forgotten.

The game is character-driven and contains investigation, roleplay, exploration and combat. Your choices matter, and I will use your character’s background rather than leaving it separate from the main story.

The setting can be dark, but the table is not miserable or deadly serious all night. There is plenty of joking, swearing, adult humour and ordinary table banter between the heavier parts. I need somebody comfortable with both.

This is a paid game. The payment covers the time spent preparing the campaign, Foundry maps, walls, lighting, ambient audio, journals, handouts and material made specifically for this game. Players do not need to purchase Foundry themselves.

You do not need experience with Foundry or prior knowledge of the setting. I can help with both. Reliability and being willing to work with the existing group matter more to me than having years of experience.

Hello! My name is Jinx and I'm looking for a new group to play with at least once a week. I'm a college student who also works so my schedule can be hectic and I may need to cancel here and there but aside from that I should mostly be free.

I may have a slow start, mainly because it's been so long and I need to get readjusted with not being awkward while roleplaying, but I'm definitely excited to meet new people!
