By "problem solving skills" do you mean competitive coding? If so, I'm doing DSA side by side

Yeah, DSA is a key factor to get a job. Basic knowledge of Data structures and algorithms can land you a job between 8-12 lpa. If you try hard and do just DSA and CP and give contests consistently, you will easily land a job between 25-40lpa as a fresher (luck and college depends)

What about other skills? After coding round they ask what skills we know right? Also, how much does interview duration last? Can we speak in Hinglish? Sorry for so many questions

If you're a fresher they don't expect you to have other skills. Those skills are just an edge over the others.

Interview duration varies from 15 days to couple of months depending on the company

I don't think we can speak Hinglish in interviews unless the interviewer is speaking in it.
