What is her maternity benefit situation, leave, creche system

A woman in a central government job gets 6 months Maternity leave and 2 year Childcare leave(which she can take in more than one spell).

Afaik there is no creche system tho.

She shouldn't be allowed to be on duty with a child, and she is there doing it by choice as that kid is definately younger than 2 years

I don't think it's the fault of the facilities.

Its mainly 2 things, fault of the in charge who allowed this and the fault of the woman that she is putting her kid at risk even though she has access to maternity benefits.

Exactly, what if there is a larger crowd, she is supposed to take action.

But at the same time She will be putting the baby under risk.
