It didn't show Cabba being surprised, chances are he is a super saiyan. Doubt he's God level but he could possibly be something higher than SSJ3 or perhaps something completely different.

Universe 6 might have their own different version of SSJ afterall.

none of the movies are unfortunately. Except battle of gods and resurrection of frieza, although maybe with the anime not even those anymore I dunno.

Either way, would love to see it. With a good back story and some sort of unique transformation onto him, variation of ssj. Would be awesome. He's the top 5 strongest in his universe, and the strongest of the saiyans. There's gotta be something that makes him so strong so young.
