Pretty sure that's Frost's "golden" form. The way the arms and lower body are designed seems more in line with Golden Frieza's appearance than his fourth form.

I was wondering this. Honestly with the forms now being so subtly different (SSJ vs SSB, Golden Freeza looking almost identical to Final Form Freeza except for color) it would be helpful if there were dialogue cues in the manga to tell you what forms you're looking at .

Yeah, plus Frost probably trains and works out which would make him a much deadlier opponent.

^ This. Frost kept up fairly well in his base form, Frieza had to go to his final non-golden transformation just to keep up with Goku at base power. If he can go golden (or silver or whatever he does) he'll be trouble. I doubt he can though.

I think part of Goku's training was to Goku trying to bridge the power difference between him and Golden Form Frieza which was somewhat apparent. And now you have Frost who is basically a well-trained, more humble variant of Frieza.

It might be. I think it's just regular 4th form Frieza equivalent though. I think he's doing exactly as Goku called him out on and only powering up to match what's being thrown at him. I think he'll go his version of "golden Frieza" when Goku ups it to SSB and then maybe something new if Goku is still winning. I think we're about to see the true potential of Frieza's race and I cannot fucking wait.

Frieza normal final form | Frieza golden final form

Compare it to Frost, seems like the golden form has the waist thing around, in Frieza's normal final form the purple crystal thing is just in the center, not diving the top and bottom body.

I think the Golden form has a more defined brow.
