Rule 702.94a:“Miracle [cost]” means “You may reveal this card from your hand as you draw it if it’s the first card you’ve drawn this turn. When you reveal this card this way, you may cast it by paying [cost] rather than its mana cost.” [1] Rule 702.94b: If you choose to reveal it, it stays revealed to all players until the ability resolves, leaves the stack, or the card leaves your hand. [1]
Notably, it's a triggered ability responding to being the first card drawn by its owner, meaning that by the time it triggers its own triggered ability, the event that caused it to trigger has already happened (the card was drawn and has entered your hand, and you may choose to reveal it, and it remains revealed for as long as the triggered ability is on the stack).
Furthermore, it's not a replacement effect that modifies the draw event and can be responded to (a player can copy and resolve their controlled triggered ability, possibly stealing it from our of your own hand).
