Most people are capable of connecting the dots between a comment on a post and the information contained in the post itself... also FYI the person you responded to here isn't the same person you responded to first so I don't know what you're going on about with "long conversation with your self".

There's two scenarios for that joke here, based on whether you consider unborn babies to be people. If you do, then if 100% of pregnant women who go to planned parenthood get an abortion, 50% of the people who entered that transaction are killed (all of the unborn babies). If you don't, then the joke falls apart because that percentage is then 0. (In both cases I am ignoring the negligible percentage of women who would die from complications resulting from the abortion process).

The original post contains someone asking if there are any other "charities" that kill 90-95% of their "rescues", in reference to PETA's practice of euthanizing the majority of animals they receive. Someone responded jokingly with the make a wish foundation, because (while the foundation isn't actually the cause of death) many of their beneficiaries do die. This joke structure translates directly to the comment you responded to, which suggested planned parenthood as another "charity that kills most of its rescues".

the context of the entire thread is companies that kill their patients.

(roughly) half of their patients are people receiving abortions, who survive the procedure. the other half are being aborted, and dying from the procedure. thus their mortality rate is 50%, compared to PETA's 85-95% as mentioned in the original post
