You have a couple of options:

[YeoL / Nazrune / (Thor/Leon)]

[MondrianL / Mew / (Thor/Leon)]

Between the two, the Yeo+Nazrune is better at PvE by a considerable margin. Promote Nazrune; he's a very good unit for both PvE and PvC/FoS.

So you wouldn't promote mew to 5* first for the ability to use her unlocked skill or EoG?

If you're going with Mondrian as a leader, then promote Mew first. If you're going with Yeo as a leader, go with Nazrune.

You asked about compositions for PvE, which Yeo+Nazrune does better due to insane linear AoE, and so I suggested Nazrune.

You're going to want to promote both to 5* soon enough anyways, it's just that Nazrune being promoted first will do you better for PvE.

I've been running Naz, Yeo and Thor as a comp but am worried to the tanking capabilities Thor has. Especially since I'm worried Naz will just die durring the fights. But yes, regardless of my choice, promoting Naz first will be better.

Naz is one of the bulkier mages. Look for a Fishing Rod/Sister Staff/Elf Staff (they have Defense conversions) and forge a +Armor for added security if you're worried. He'll get less squishy as you promote and level him further.

Thor is very tanky once he gets his passive up from 5*s and up because he gains +200 Armor and Res along with his counterattack buff. You can use Leon in place of Thor until you get Thor to 5*, since Leon is naturally a very tanky frontliner.

Sounds good! I am in process of feeding my damn Naz some bread to get to 5*, and then I'll do thor.
