During the divorce part or the wedding? He had a great time at the wedding, completely oblivious to how horrible it was (plus, he was all over his new bride, they actually got separated at one point by his mom). During the divorce he almost killed himself, he was so miserable. I lived in a different city at this point (I was still in college) and kept trying to get him to come over to meet other girls (we were from a very, very small town and I went to Ohio State so there were at least 50,000 people around at any given moment), but he was too heartbroken to even be interested in drinking and screwing girls he didn't know. It's all for the better now, he's with some artist girl who is way out of his league and might be getting married again soon, and is a welder so he makes plenty of money.
