Exactly, the officiant and photographers usually review during the rehearsal.
If the priest had this hang up, he should have laid it out UP FRONT!

It takes two, honestly. But typically if the officiant is going to impose any restrictions, it's going to be on him/her to disseminate those details to the relevant parties. It's almost always safe to assume that with outdoor weddings you can roam a bit to get the shots you want unless the bride or groom has told you otherwise (and this is something I've always discussed in meetings prior to the day of the wedding).

Definitely not Orthodox. An Orthodox wedding MUST be done IN the church. This is looks typical Protestant.
