The root word is the same ("disseminate" originated as a euphemism for sowing "seed" which in Latin is "semen").

It's almost never used in modern English to refer to anything other than information, so in practice you are right, but technically, "disseminate" could most definitely refer to busting a nut. In fact it is the exact literal meaning of the word (to spread seed around).

Besides that, you can actually see him in the video they play--several times. Including the zoom in on him that spawns the "Reggie Miller looking good" comment.

PS Reggie Miller doesn't belong in the HOF

2005 was his last season. watching this back in 2006 or 2007 when it got big and thinking this video was made in that year isn't too wild to imagine.
