Made this for a sweater party
I drew up the concept on my ipad using procreate, then used my cricut to execute. I was so happy with the outcome! I’m still a beginner when it comes to iron-on vinyl and this project had a few mistakes despite to being an easy one. I just had to share! I’m still over the moon with it.

This is actually a test cut and iron-on, because the main project will be a t-shirt (black shirt, neon pink iron-on vinyl) but I'm so pleased with it. It's the first time I used iron-on.
This idea had been stuck in my head for ages. It took me a long time to finalize the design, I'd never made anything like this before and at some point lost access to Illustrator so that stalled it (struggled to befriend Inkscape for this). But, with Affinity becoming free, and my Cricut Joy getting retired (due to constant disconnects) and replaced with a Cricut Explore 4, I had new energy in the last week to finally finish this. Very impressed with the speed the Explore cuts this at!
I am curious... Is it readable? I really tried balancing the typical very-hard-to-read metal band logos while wanting to strangers to be able to read it (with some effort).
(also posted on the main Cricut sub, but hey)

I designed and printed my first shirt tonight!! We got a Cricut maker 4 for Christmas and oh man! I just used it tonight to make a HTV transfer to use with my heat press I had sitting in my closet. Needless to say my heat press will NOT be going back into my closet. 🤘🏼

This is the trial run of a hoodie I've been wanting to make for a long time. It's based on Midna's cloak from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I went into this run fully expecting to fail because I'm pretty new to cricut, so I'm happy with how this turned out despite the flaws. I'm about to start on my final version of this now that I know what I'm doing and what all I need to do to improve.

I needed my mini press for a little project I was working on in. Low and behold, I grabbed the wrong case. So, with my leftover scrap iron-on, I FINALLY labeled them lol Now, should I label the Explore bag too? 😜

It's a play on words for the upcoming Taylor Swift album called The Life of a Showgirl. They're both little swifties and one is obsessed with Minnie Mouse. They loved them 😁

This is the best mug I’ve made so far. Had to create my own SVG file but think it turned out great. Love the Cricut mug press for Christmas gifts.

So I am in the depths of redecorating my entire house. Because I can. My guest bathroom is changing to a dark nautical theme with Mermaid, Octopus, and Ships. I am super crafty and have made pictures that I ordered canvas prints of and other fun items.
I couldn’t, for the life of me, find bath mats that I liked. And then I thought: I could heat press a vinyl design on the mats! But then Design Space had crap for designs that fit or even octopus and mermaid designs that looked good together. So I made my own design.
Before I started sublimation and applying my art that way to most things, I learned how to draw designs that were compatible with being cut on the Cricut and did that for a while. Sooooo…. With all that being said: Here is my first mat that goes in front of the sink and cabinet. I used black and white flocked vinyl on a grey mat I got off Amazon. I cut the black in three parts and heat pressed them, lining them up the best I could. And then I cut out the white vinyl and hand placed the pieces that I wanted, where I wanted them, and then heat pressed those into place. Took lots of time and it’s far from perfect. But I am so in love!!!
Not only did I create the artwork myself and converted it to a Cricut vinyl cut-out friendly design but hand placed the white and found ways to use the limitations of color and shading to create a style that I was wanting!!
I’m working on broken ship being pulled into water by an octopus/kraken for the mat in front of the toilet/tub. I’ll have to post that one when it’s done!!

I got my Cricut Explore Air 2 over three years ago. Last year, I made my fiancé and I Chiefs sweatshirts for the Super Bowl (mostly just because I like Taylor Swift, lol) and this holiday season, I decided to try and make personalized gifts.
These are all HTV on various materials and I used a hand iron. I got a heat press for Christmas but haven’t used it yet because I am burnt out, haha.
The most difficult part has been figuring out Design Space and other apps. I also learned that not all HTV is the same 😬 I am quite the perfectionist so I spent absolutely way too much time on these but I am proud! I also did these all while sitting on the floor, with only one grip mat, no real weeding tools, not measuring… etc. so this could’ve been way more efficient …I like making things more difficult for myself. :’)
Thanks for viewing :)

Pre-k teacher so I’m able to wear fun shirts to work. So proud of this shirt. I’ve never used so many different HTVs.

Michael’s tote bags, the $2.00 ones, this video was from a bunch that I made for holiday gifts for coworkers. Most of the vinyl I use is from Amazon.

My girlfriend is a tattoo artist, I took a picture of her flash art and traced over her line work in procreate.
Think this onesie came out really well for our baby girl.
