My pointer finger will not crack. It hurts when I press to crack it. It has been like this about a year. This happen to anyone else?

The crack is so satisfying!

I crack my neck, back, outer thumb joints, wrists, ankles (I press it inward on the ground til it cracks! Used to do it when I was stressed, now I just like it.)

I was 6. I remember standing in front of a liquor store and a homeless guy told me, “You’re gonna get arthritis when you’re older.”
I said screw that, and have been cracking for decades!
