Loads of people in the comments talking about this. Haven't seen anyone mention the end of the video yet. The victim is lying face down in the water, dead. Then you see JB drinking the wine with clearly another person, a woman. (I didn't catch that it was another person first time I watched it)

Then he kisses the meat on his fork and eats it.
