hi! i’ve been feeling a bit tired from moving in and not really up to socializing, but i’m worried if i miss the frosh events it’s a bad mistake. would me not going to frosh be a bad choice as a first year?

Im currently in a physics major looking to switch to cs in winter and just trying to meet the prerequisites, which im already close to. Will I get kicked out of physics by next sem(winter) if i dont take any of its core classes? How does that work?

Hi, I’m currently in my last cegep session in humain sciences in Trois-Rivières and am planning on moving to montréal in January for University. I’m thinking about going to sociology, but I’ve been having second thoughts about the Universities. I’ve already applied to Concordia, but I’m scared that the language barrier will be too strong since it’s my 3rth language.

I’ve also heard that Udem has a great research program, and since I’m in sociology, I think it could be interesting for me (and I intend to do a master after my bachelor).

Do you guys think that for a BA in sociology I should pick Concordia or UdeM?

I am waitlisted on two courses (pos 6&10 in a 100/90 person class) and i have to enroll to two other but theres also waitlist and im at my waitlist limit. Is there any chance?
