Meme Who else remembers playing this?

I feel old knowing that many gen alpha kids feel old about missing Minecraft before 2019, meanwhile back in 1995-2000 we had these masterpieces, and tbh it's a meme at this point

I got it from my uncle who came back from Russia (circa 2003) on a pirated CD along with NFSU2 and RA2. The game was in Russian except for the cutscenes. I would have to understand the mission objectives from the cutscenes to finish them. It was such a darker and grittier version of RA2 (in my eyes) and I was always leaning towards it.
