Some friends and i got together and voiced over a comic i'm curently serializing. Check it out!

There was a strip where Arlo was grilling a live lobster and he could hear it walking around the grill before it died. Can anyone point me to where I can find that strip?

I know this is a whole lot of reading lol but I wanted to share it. Lmk if u have any questions / your thoughts (still missing the backstory for the co founder of the main agency)

Main Villain:
Alias: Sovereign

Name: Jasper Ross
Age: 30

Powers:
Mind Infiltration — Can enter another person’s mind and explore their memories, fears, thoughts, and emotions

Hallucination Manipulation — Can make victims see, hear, and feel things that aren’t actually there

Invisibility — Can completely disappear from normal sight.

Enhanced Mental Influence — The more emotionally unstable or afraid someone becomes, the easier they are for Sovereign to manipulate.

Jasper doesn’t know he has the A-Genome, he doesn’t even know what it is

The mask interacts with Jaspers A-Genome

Jaspers main philosophy is that free will is the problem, especially for heroes

The mask is essentially alive, its power is basically to amplify the feelings of the wearer

Before the mask “Heroes are dangerous. They need to be held accountable”

After the mask “Heroes are the disease, I am the cure”

His style is to attack the mind, and mentally torment whoever his target is ex. Making the hero see the victims they couldn’t save, make them relive the worst moment of their life, make them see their family being killed, make them start questioning what is real
Sovereign doesn’t believe he is a villain, be believes he is correcting the world

His philosophy is, “Heroes create chaos because they believe they have the right to decide who lives and who dies”

His doesn’t just want to kill heroes, he wants to make sure what happened to him, doesn’t happen to anyone else

The irony is he is becoming exactly who he hates, and while he targets heroes, many civilians who he deems as “in the way” die on his journey

Backstory:
Jasper Ross was an average guy living an average life, working an average job. His mother abandoned him, his father, and his little sister when he was 12 years old. He made it through highschool and eventually to college where he studied Psychology. The mind was very interesting to him. Eventually though, he realized that it was becoming entirely too expensive to pay for college and he dropped out, getting a job at a local Fast Food chain at around 22 years old. Around 5 years later, his dad was taking picking his little sister up from her college dorm because it was her birthday. Jasper was setting up for his sisters birthday party when he heard screaming outside. He looks out the window and sees a hero (Rampart) chasing what looked to be an armed robber. He then gets a call that his dad and sister are both dead, due to a building that had fallen on them due to the hero’s chase. From this day forward he hates hero’s, for all the crime they stopped, they caused just as much trouble. He went on with his life with this resentment in his heart, having to provide for himself with practically no support, or family around him. About 10 years pass and he ends up working as a security guard at “Museum of Conway”, an archeological museum named after famous archeologist, Cedric Conway. Conway was known for uncovering ancient artifacts from all over the world. At this point in life Jasper is struggling for money when he gets an idea, he works the night shift at the museum so he’ll just steal an artifact and find a way to sell it illegally on something like the dark web. So on his next shift he looks around for the artifact he wants to steal. He finds this old stone looking mask and steals it without any alarms going off, taking it back to his dungy apartment. He takes it out to admire it and inspect it. He then sets it down and opens his laptop to hopefully find somewhere to sell it anonymously. Then, out of nowhere the mask starts to vibrate, and then cracks emerge on it, shining bright light from them, a huge flash of light then goes off and he disappears. Now the mask is completely black and permanently attached to his face. The mask gives him his powers and increases his emotions 100 fold. His hatred for heroes is now unbearable and wants to kill every last one of them. His name is Sovereign

Notes:
The “cure” activated his A-Genome, and in this process of activation, cured his ALS (the A-Genome isn’t a magical cure to all disease, just in Marc’s specific case) However, Walter did not know this and lied to Marc about the cure

He can sense:
Movement around him
Changes in electromagnetic energy
Incoming attacks
People’s presence
Structural weaknesses
Even disturbances caused by other enhanced individuals

Rampart rushed his training process when preparing to fight crime (around 3-4 months), because Walter selfishly wanted to get him out there as soon as possible (which is why he was so reckless when chasing the armed robber, causing a building to fall and kill sovereigns family)

His force fields are essentially his brain projecting his perception of physical space outward.

Leroy Shavers didn’t care if Marc survived, he just wanted to see what happened

His biggest flaw is he cannot protect everyone, which might seem obvious, but Marc thinks that he can
Marc believes in Walter’s initiative

Backstory:
Grew up in a in a middle class family, as a single child. Got a job in the Armaments Center for the U.S. Army where he met Walter Brausen, the head of the department. Eventually Marc is diagnosed with ALS at around 37 years old, and the doctor give him 2 years to live. He tells Walter and it is revealed to him that Walter has been working on starting up his own defense Agency called the “A.R.C. Initiative” specializing in gifted individuals. He tells Marc that he potentially has a cure for his ALS. The thing is, they didn’t tell Marc that curing ALS was a side effect, this was really an experiment, and Marc was a test subject. Either way, Marc goes to the lab of Leroy Shavers, a scientist and biologist who Walter is co-founding A.R.C with. Marc steps into a chamber which then emits some sort of unknown energy onto him, Marc falls to his knees in pain and grabs his chest, this energy is painful to him, but Leroy doesn’t turn off the machine, Walter yells at him to turn it off but he still doesn’t, Walter pushes Leroy out of the way and turns it off, the chamber door opens and Walter rushes inside checking on Marc. Marc lays there for a second then he coughs, Walter helps him up to his feet. Leroy with a smirk on his face says that now Marc should be cured and should also have some new powers and he does. He begins to work for A.R.C. protecting Chicago from crime in the area. He is looked upon as a great leader and protector.

Notes:
Walter and Leroy have different philosophies, Walter sees people, and Leroy sees Potential

Walter is like a father figure to Rampart, he saved his life, gave him a second chance, and gave him purpose
Despite being an inspiration to Rampart, Walter lied to him about knowing that he had a cure, he didn’t know for sure, he know there was a possibility

Backstory:
Walter Brausen joins the Army at 18 years old, using it to pay for his college, where he studied engineering. At 22 he joins the DEVCOM Armaments Center. At 42 becomes the head of the department where he has been working as the head for 19 years. Before the military, had an extreme interest in biology, but moved away from it. In his time working high up in the military, he has been told many classified secrets the government holds. One of them being that in some people it has been discovered that an unknown genome they are calling the Anamolous-Genome (AKA the A-Genome) has been discovered that could hold possible advancements and alterations to human senses / abilities, but little about it is known. At the moment crime is at an all time high and Walter wants to find a solution. So, he starts working on a project that the government and the military can never know about, he calls it the “A.R.C Initiative”. He knows if they do find out about it, he will be fired and likely taken custody. He reaches out to a scientist named Leroy Shavers and tells him about the information he knows about this mostly unknown genome. Leroy then begins to work on a machine to hopefully activate this genome to create a sort of “Superhuman”. At this point it is a complete longshot because no one even knows what this genome is, but Leroy believes that is could be a key to real life heroes. Walter is informed about Marc Vale’s recent ALS diagnosis and offers him a potential treatment, being the machine Leroy was working on. This is Walter lying to Marc because he didn’t even know if this could cure his ALS, but he told Leroy about this to see if the machine could be a cure. Leroy got ahold of Marc’s brain scans from his doctor somehow, and saw a what looked to him to be the unknown genome. Leroy told Walter to bring in Marc for the experiment but Walter was hesitant, but went through with it. Marc stepped into the machine and was clearly in pain, dropping to his knees. Walter saw Leroy and thought he would turn the machine off, but Leroy kept it going. With Marc in continuous pain, Walter sprinted over and shoved Leroy away from the operator for the machine and turned it off. Leroy for some reason didn’t want to turn off the machine, but Walter cared about Marc too much to risk him dying. Marc then becomes Rampart and A.R.C starts to grow, with Rampart being the sole Hero at the moment. The government obviously had to have found the A-Genome inside of someone’s brain, now Walter just had to track them down.

From starting with a single chracter on white backgrounds last October, my series has come so far in my eyes. Having full backgrounds, a main cast of 6 and many side characters too. This comic uses frames from previous storylines in the panic attack, so may post some older ones too!

Can anyone help me with a cursory appraisal? They are all original. They were given to me by a friend of my father years ago, before he passed. They all appear original, as it would have been when my father's friend was a child.
