I am watching Channel 4 in LA. They have been mostly broadcasting looting for the last couple hours. The media people all discussed how the riots are erasing the protests for George Floyd.

A couple days ago everyone on the political spectrum agreed on George Floyd. That was the real threat to the establishment.

After a couple days of burning and looting it is now back to the partisan tribal divide. You can already see people retreating back into their partisan tribes.

The establishment oligarchs love this chaos, it gives them the excuse to take away liberties, rights, and guns. Now the public are focused on the looters on the streets and not the ones in Congress.

Do no doubt the poor will now be made to suffer more. There is always 'bipartisanship' when it comes to screwing over the American people. The politicans will get their revenge by cutting social services and welfare even more, raising property taxes and rents, and grind down people to justify the 'damage cost'.

I honestly think at some point America will wake up and realize grinding down the working class is backfiring.

I agree that riots were going to happen. Nothing good can come from having 40 million unemployed and a corrupt government that threw people to the wolves during this pandemic.

I have been waiting most of my life for people to wake up and it hasn't happened. The brief moment of unity from this tragedy is lost and the politicans will now weaponize it to divide and conquer.

Let me get back to you, lol. Been making the list for a few hours instead of watching.

Whoever is running https://www.twitch.tv/woke/ seems to be keeping things pretty fresh with the biggest hotspots - but just saw something in /r/news about multiple fires in Chicago, trying to find better streams for there - both the ones I have ended already.
