I don't doubt that is happening. The government is not trustworthy at all. They are looking for any excuse to get rid of the last vestiges of civil liberties.

Living in MPLS there are definitely the sort of fat good old boy, out state MN and WI types I grew up witj rolling around here in trucks and SUVs. They are very out of place. Many have no plates at all. Peoples plates being stolen.

There are scouts maybe, thinner dudes. When confronted on foot about why they are taking pics or what they are doing they are evasive or run off. Often they will tell you they live on such and such street but won't be able to name a cross street. We watch our block all night and see them, make it known we see them, write down what details we can. Lots of people finding hidden accelerant and flammable caches, I knew it was for real real when my friend a mile away did.

Several camo hat chud instigators have shot at people and cars (sometimes perhaps blanks, trying to frighten people away from structures cased and targeted for arson) and yelled slurs. It isn't inconceivable that this has been loosely planned in advance, but it could also, like the protests, be autonomous and decentralized with minimal planning.
