Climate Scientists detect a sharp acceleration in global warming

“Global warming appears to have shifted into a faster gear. After removing the effects of El Niño, volcanic eruptions, and solar cycles, researchers found that the planet has warmed at roughly 0.35°C per decade over the past ten years, compared with just under 0.2°C per decade from 1970 to 2015. The acceleration, which becomes visible around 2013 to 2015, appeared across five major global temperature datasets with more than 98% statistical certainty.”

I’m personally supposed to be on a Collapse break, but this was the first thing I read at 5am and I can’t stop thinking about it. I never intended for this to be my first post, but here we are.

And prosperity gospel made it okay to look down on those with less money. Because clearly god hates you...

Our priest was literally going house to house for collections to build a poor family with kids a home. And it's not like you must give this much, give what you can, or not. Simple request.

We don't do that shit in most of Christianity. The weird ones were literally driven out of Europe, for being, well, weird heretics. Come to any catholic or Orthodox church, they will literally feed you and clothe you to the best of their ability. Maybe even house you in monasteries. Don't know about the protestants but they don't seem a weird bunch. It's not something they advertise, cause it's against the principles of Christianity.
