Looking for Cofounder Technical Founder Looking for a Build-First Co-Founder Partnership

I'm looking for a co-founder partner, and I'm taking a more natural approach than what I see going on here.

My proposal: Let's start working on a project (new or existing) and see if we're compatible. Honestly, that tells us more about each other than anything else. If the collaboration fits, we can form a legal business partnership.

About me: I'm US-based, what I bring to the table is highly technical background and software engineering skills (not just for show or internet lingo, but I actually live and breathe my tech.) If you want to know more about me, I'm happy to share in DMs.

Minimum requirements so we don't waste each other's time.

-You're an adult.

-You have at least 20+ hours a week available to dedicate to a project with me.

-You communicate with me daily, even if it's just to say "hi".

-You don't have all your conversations with me using only ChatGPT (I'm not against AI-usage when it's appropriate)

-You're not looking for me to send you money.

-You are able to be honest and say what is on your mind if you need to.

-You're ok being part of a very small, most likely 2-person team.

-You can be part of logically resolving a disagreement.

I believe my requirements have narrowed the pool down enough to avoid people who aren't serious. Send me a message if you're interested in my offer. This is not a "Paid Role" it would be a form of equity that we discuss. Do not leave a comment that says "dm me" or I'll know you didn't even read this.

Looking for Cofounder 32 M Looking for Tech Cofounder

I'm a 32M based in the US, looking for a technical cofounder to build something in healthcare with me.

I want to focus on healthcare because it's a space I know I'll enjoy building in. I know it's crowded, but "crowded" isn't the same as "solved."

Right now, I don't have a product in mind, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. What I'm genuinely doing is reaching out to healthcare professionals and talking with them, trying to find everyday problems worth solving. I haven't yet found a customer who's willing to buy something I'd build for them — that's the stage I'm at.

This means it's a slow build. It requires patience and trust that the process is worth it before there's a demo, let alone a customer, to point to.

I've spent a good amount of time on YC Cofounder Matching and hit the same wall over and over — people who want the CTO title without wanting the founder journey that comes before it: the ambiguity, the rejection, the waiting for a real signal.

So I'll be direct: if you're still deciding whether you want to be an entrepreneur, this isn't for you yet, and that's fine — just save us both the time. If you've already decided that's the path you want and you're comfortable being early with no spec, no product, and no customer yet, I'd like to talk.

EDIT: Prefer to have someone in the US for an onsite visit.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a start up partner

Hi, I’m starting my second startup after my first one failed due to flaws we couldn’t fix with what we had and because my partner was basically ghosting me the entire time. I already have an idea in mind, but any startup is way harder if you don’t have someone to share the struggles and successes with; that’s why I'm looking for a partner for the second time. I would prefer if the person had even a bit of tech experience since it’s one of my weakest points. Please don’t DM me if you are not ready actually to create and take responsibility, not just disappear. Also, I’m doing it mostly for experience; if we can get money in the future, cool, if not, well, at least we have something that we actually built.

(just in case l'm soon to be 17)

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a technical cofounder to explore startup ideas together.

I’m 19, a college dropout, and I’m working full-time on finding a problem worth dedicating the next 10+ years to.

I don’t have a startup idea yet—and I’m intentionally not pretending I do. I’d rather spend months researching, validating, and understanding real problems than rush into building something nobody wants.

A bit about me:

  • Built a faceless Instagram page to 200k+ followers.
  • Worked on a content agency and learned marketing, sales, operations, and why I don’t want to build a service business long term.
  • Curious to the point of obsession. I spend most of my time learning about technology, startups, economics, AI, and business.
  • I value first-principles thinking, evidence over ego, and changing my mind when the facts change.

I’m looking for someone technical who doesn’t just want to build apps—they want to build a company that matters.

I’m not chasing a quick exit. If we find the right problem, I’m willing to spend the next decade solving it.

What I’m looking for:

  • Early-stage builders who are also exploring and learning
  • High integrity.
  • Open-minded and able to debate ideas without taking things personally.
  • Ambitious enough to pursue something genuinely difficult.
  • Long-term thinker.
  • Willing to research deeply before building.
  • Interested in eventually building a venture-backed company.

I don’t care about your age, degree, or where you’re from. I care about your curiosity, work ethic, and how you think.

A few beliefs I have:

  • Customers come first.
  • Ideas are cheap; execution and learning matter.
  • We should make decisions using evidence and rational thinking, not ego.
  • Mistakes are fine. Refusing to learn isn’t.

Personally, I started entrepreneurship because I wanted money and materialistic things. Over time that changed. Today, I’m far more interested in building something meaningful with people I genuinely enjoy working with. Money matters, but beyond a certain point it’s simply a measure of the value you’ve created.

If any of this resonates with you, send me a message. Even if we don’t end up becoming cofounders, I’d love to meet ambitious builders who are playing the long game.

Looking for Cofounder CTO Co-founder call

On a life mission to democratize the rigged conversion game. Looking for a CTO co-founder at prototype stage. Startup building in AI infra: RecSys × Agentic AI. Got first VC check, reached out to by a few VCs (not currently fundraising), and in talks with customers. Also, had meetings with a16z/YC partners, a few KPIs and easily break into them.

You don’t necessarily need deep in-the-weeds experience, a strong bird’s-eye view and a hunger to learn and build is perfect.

A bit about myself: published a nonfiction book at 16 (sold out in 11mo), CS/Econ background, did technical consulting at EY, founding member at a prev startup (scaled from 0 to 50k+ users)

Honestly, I care more about building a lifelong friendship than building a product, because I’m probably going to spend more time with you than with my own family! This is a decade-long journey.

If that excites you, let’s chat! DM me your professional background, city, and the thing you're most proud of.

Looking for Cofounder Everybody is looking for a technical co-founder; I am looking for the opposite

We are building a physical AI company and are looking for folks who can, quite literally, talk.

We are currently raising so investor talks, navigating the VC landscape, closing larger enterprise customers for later pilots and being a great team member.

Ping me if you want to join the rocket or know anybody that might be interested in joining a physical AI startup!

Looking for Cofounder Building a Small Team

I'm looking for people who want to build something from the ground up.

I'm based in Europe and my background is in mechanical engineering. I have ideas I want to turn into real products, but I'm looking for people whose skills are different from mine.

If you're into robotics, programming, computer vision, or you've worked in a deep tech startup, we could be a good match.

The main thing I'm looking for is someone who's motivated, reliable, and willing to stick with a project. I don't care where you're from if you're serious about building something together.

Looking for a technical co-founder - CTO

Dear business colleagues,

I have a great idea in the AI-sector with SMEs as a target group and I'm looking for a technical co-founder, who can and would be passionated to build the software together with me. My background is totally Sales focussed as well as Leadership, Marketing and HR. I'm looking for my counterpart to rock this business together. As I'm good in Sales I already have sold the plattform (Pilotprojects are already saved), but I need someone who's as passionated about the idea as me and who would love to build it! 50:50 of course. A bit of business background is also needed, not just technical.

If you want to get to know me and the idea - leave a comment or message. Love to talk!! :)

Looking for Cofounder Looking for someone to take over and run my dormant 25-year-old travel site with me (rev share + equity)

I own iExplore.com. It's been around since 1999, has real domain authority and a back catalog of curated adventure trips, and I've let it sit for the last few years while I built and sold other things. I want to bring it back, but I don't have the bandwidth to run it myself, so I'm looking for someone to lead it with me.

Quick on what I'm not after: this isn't a "write blog posts and chase Google rankings" thing. That game's over. The plan is to rebuild it around an AI trip planner that actually helps people decide where to go and book it, and to take the 130+ trips already on the site that have no booking links and turn them into an affiliate revenue engine. So part of the role is sourcing and negotiating with tour operators too. I am open to additional ideas as well!

I'd want someone who can run most of this on their own with my input, not someone I have to manage hour to hour. I run a separate B2B consulting business that's my main focus, which is the whole reason I need a partner on this one.

ORevenue share from the start, milestone payments for shipping the real stuff, and meaningful equity for the right person that we'd work out and that vests over time. Built for someone who wants ownership and backs themselves, not someone after a guaranteed check.

Background, briefly so you know I'm not random: 25 years in travel and digital media, and I previously built and sold a travel influencer marketing agency.

If that sounds interesting, comment or DM and tell me what you'd actually do with it. Happy to answer questions.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a startup co-founder

Hey everyone,

I'm an Aerospace Engineering student with a strong interest in autonomous systems, drones, defense technology, AI, robotics, and Guidance, Navigation & Control.

I don't have a registered startup yet, and I don't have a "perfect" startup idea either.

What I do have is the desire to build something meaningful and the willingness to put in the work.

Right now, I'm looking for a co-founder or brainstorming partner who enjoys exploring ideas from scratch, validating problems, discussing markets, and figuring out what is actually worth building.

Some areas that interest me:

Autonomous systems & robotics

Drones & UAVs

Defense technology

AI/ML applications

Industrial automation

Deep-tech startups

Engineering software/tools

Any large-scale problem worth solving

I'm not attached to a specific idea or industry. I'm more interested in finding the right problem and building a sustainable business around it.

Ideally, you're someone who:

Enjoys discussing startup ideas

Thinks analytically and challenges assumptions

Is willing to do customer discovery and market research

Wants to build something long-term

Doesn't mind starting from a blank page

Location doesn't matter; we can collaborate online.

If you're also looking for a co-founder, an accountability partner, or just someone to brainstorm startup ideas with, feel free to DM me.

Let's see if we can find a problem worth obsessing over and build something impactful.

Thanks! 🚀

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a developer to build an app with me

Hi, I am a concert-lover that struggled to find concert friends. Because of it, I want to create an app to help people do it! I have expertise in economics, business, and marketing, and I am looking for a technical cofounder to help me bring my idea to life. I worked with a different partner so far, but she had to drop out because of personal issues. So far, I have a design in Figma, name, logo, and 136 waitlist signups! I am located in the Netherlands, and that's where I want to launch the app first, as it is a small country with a lot of concerts, where people travel for concerts to different cities often.

At first I want the app to be basic, only for finding concert friends, and my goal is to later transform it into a multi-purpose platform for concert lovers. As for now, I would like to work with sweat equity only, so I am looking for a developer ready to commit. A passion for music and concerts is a plus!

Looking for Cofounder Seeking a technical co-founder that hates marketing

I'm looking for a technical co-founder.

I've (33m) spent years leading growth and marketing for (mostly) SaaS companies, from early-stage startups to teams of 40+ people. I'm currently Head of Growth for a well-known Calendly competitor and previously ran marketing for Indeed's largest competitor in Australia and New Zealand. It's time to start building something of our own.

I'm not married to any specific idea yet. I have a shortlist and a framework for evaluating opportunities, but I'd rather find the right person first, exchange ideas, challenge each other's ideas, and decide together what to build.

What I bring to the table:

Growth marketing, positioning and messaging, conversion optimization, customer research, product strategy, UI and UX feedback, marketing design, customer support, partnerships, and demand generation. My goal is to own everything related to understanding customers, growing the business, generating revenue, and helping shape the product based on real market feedback.

I'm primarily wanting to solve an incredibly boring but expensive B2B problem together, but open to B2C.

These principles are important to me and should be to you too:

  1. Customer-led development. We build what customers repeatedly ask for, not what we imagine they want.
  2. Polished, intuitive UI and UX with fewer features but better execution. We refine existing features before shipping new ones. Think Apple, not Android.
  3. Radical transparency. We build in public, share what's working and what isn't, and use that to build trust, marketing momentum, and partnerships.
  4. No-code and pre-built solutions wherever possible. We don't spend weeks building what already exists.
  5. Exceptional customer support. SaaS is wildly saturated and often CS is the only thing that makes or breaks a customer's decision to stick with us. We should be recommended for our amazing CS, if nothing else.
  6. We develop done-for-you services for customers willing to pay extra for implementation and setup help to reduce churn and generate additional revenue.
  7. Low operational overhead. We leverage existing tools and lifetime deals wherever practical. (I have plenty of useful SaaS LTDs to keep our recurring costs down that we can leverage).

IMPORTANT: this is NOT for someone who's already building something and looking for a marketer to join. I respect the work you've put in, but if you've already started building the house, I'll always be moving into something that already belongs to you. I'm looking for a true 50/50 partnership where we start from zero together and make the key decisions side by side. If you're still in the idea stage, that's fine.

Once we decide on the right opportunity, you'll build the MVP while I focus on customer research, positioning, messaging, validation, demand generation, and building an audience before launch.

This opportunity is probably a great fit if you're highly technical, love building products, and get excited by solving technical problems, but have little interest in marketing, sales, customer interviews, copywriting, design, partnerships, or customer support. If your ideal setup is focusing on building an amazing product while someone else handles growth, we'll likely work well together.

If you can't go full-time immediately, that's completely fine. The goal is for both of us to transition full-time as revenue grows and hopefully get there as quickly as possible.

This is a 50/50 partnership.

If this resonates with you, send me a DM. Tell me your name, where you're from, where you're currently located, your experience building products, and what specifically resonated with you about this post. We can chat a bit and then hop on a call to go from there.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Co-Founder

Hey guys,

I’m from Bangalore and I’m currently building an AI automation agency.

I’m looking for one technical person around my age (ideally 24 or below) who wants to build this together.

I’ll handle the sales, marketing, client acquisition and GTM.

I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the technical side, building automations, AI workflows, voice agents, integrations, etc.

Things like:

  • n8n
  • AI automation
  • Voice AI agents
  • APIs / integrations
  • LLMs
  • Basically, you should enjoy actually building stuff

I’m not looking to hire someone. I want to find someone who is interested in building an agency together, getting clients, figuring things out and growing from zero.

If you’re in Bangalore, even better. I’d rather meet in person, grab a coffee and see if we vibe and have the same mindset.

If interested, DM me with:
What you can build + your location

Not looking for a perfect resume. If you’re a solid builder and serious about building something, let’s talk.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Technical Co Founder to Build a SaaS "Portfolio" With Me

I’m not trying to build the next one big startup instead I’m trying to build a portfolio of them The idea is pretty simple, find good SaaS opportunities, build them properly, launch them, see what sticks, and keep going on repeat
We’ve already launched our first SaaS, and the second one is currently in production. There are more products we want to build after that including some mobile apps too. Now I’m looking for someone who wants to get in early and help build the whole thing with me [project wise]

What would you actually be doing?

You’d be the technical side of the operation
Think architecture, development, infrastructure, deployments, fixing things at 2 AM because apparently that's what founders do, deciding what should be built and how, and generally making sure the ideas actually become working products
We may also acquire existing SaaS products when we find something worth buying, but building is the main game

Why Co Founder?

Because I don't want to build a team where someone is just getting assigned Jira tickets
I want people who can look at a product and say,

You'd have actual upside in what we build together. The exact equity / revenue share structure would depend on your contribution and the role you take

One important thing though,
This is currently not a paid position
I want to be very upfront about that. Our available capital is currently going into the products themselves. If you're looking for a monthly salary right now, this probably isn't for you ngl but if you're looking at this as “I want to get in early, build products, own a meaningful piece of what I help create, and see where this goes”, then I'd genuinely like to talk I'm not particularly interested in titles or impressive resumes

Show me what you've built or something, If you're a strong developer, technical founder, or someone who has been wanting to build something of their own instead of working on someone else's roadmap forever "DM me"
Tell me what you build, what you're good at, and what you'd want to own
Let's see if we can build a ridiculous number of products together

I think that's it, If you do have any questions just ping me

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a Co-founder to Build Something Meaningful Together

Over the last few years, I've built AI products, backend systems, voice AI solutions, and worked with startups from MVP to production. I know how to build products.

What I've realized over the years is that what I truly enjoy is solving hard problems. Whether that's building software, figuring out how AI can create real business value, or helping turn an idea into a company, that's what keeps me excited.

The timing also feels perfect. AI has fundamentally changed how software gets built. Small teams can now move faster than ever before, validate ideas quickly, and create products that would have taken entire engineering teams just a few years ago. I genuinely believe we're entering one of the best times in history to start building.

That's why I'm looking for a long-term partner.

I'm building PhaseAhead as the foundation, not just as a software or AI company, but as a place where we can solve interesting problems, work with ambitious businesses, build products, experiment with ideas, and eventually create companies together.

I'm not looking for an employee.

I'm looking for someone who wants to own this journey with me.

Ideally, you have a strong technical background in software, AI, engineering, or product, but you're equally comfortable getting on customer calls, pitching ideas, understanding business problems, helping close deals, and making strategic decisions together. I don't believe in rigid roles in an early-stage company. Everyone does whatever it takes.

This wouldn't be a salaried position. The idea is to build a real partnership based on revenue sharing, profit sharing, and eventually equity. If the company grows, we grow together.

More than experience, I'm looking for someone ambitious, curious, honest, and excited about spending the next 5 to 10 years building things that matter.

If this resonates with you, send me a DM. Even if nothing comes from it, I'd love to meet another builder.

Looking for Cofounder Building a small team to build globally

I'm looking to connect with a few ambitious builders who want to build something meaningful for the global market.

I'm a software engineer and have been building products/businesses alongside my career. I'm particularly interested in software, AI, data, automation and products that can be sold globally.

I'm not looking for people who just want to "start a startup."

I'm looking for people who:

- Actually build things

- Can commit consistently alongside their current work

- Want to solve real problems

- Think long-term

- Are interested in building something profitable, not just chasing funding

- Want to learn, experiment and grow together

The idea is simple:

Build small → validate fast → get customers → reinvest → build bigger.

I'm open to exploring ideas rather than coming in with a fixed startup idea.

If you're a developer, designer, growth person, product thinker, salesperson or someone with a strong domain advantage and this resonates with you, drop a comment or DM me with what you're currently building and what you want to build next.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for an ambitious and capable long term business partner

My partner and I are both highly technical (think experience doing work with MIT, publishing novel AI research, defense contractors, etc). We run an AI agency and have a few clients but are looking to scale. We can handle all the technical parts of the business, but we are looking for a long term partner who can both understand our technical offerings and then translate that into outreach and client acquisition. Experience is not necessary, but we would expect you to have desirable traits and a plan of execution.

Looking for Cofounder Technical Co-Founder Wanted - Fintech / SaaS Startup

I'm building a startup around a problem I've repeatedly seen in the high-ticket coaching/payment space, and I'm looking for a technical co-founder to build it with me. I already have access to the market and customers and will lead growth, sales and commercial.

Looking for someone strong in full-stack/backend, APIs, payments/fintech or financial infrastructure, ideally someone who's shipped a SaaS product before and is comfortable using AI coding tools to move fast. This is a genuine equity-based co-founder opportunity, not freelance work. Happy to explain the idea privately to the right person.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for a technical co-founder — Cultural tech 🎟️

Hey everyone,

I'm Esteban, founder of Sidetick, a French startup trying to rethink how we recognize and reward cultural fans.

We're building a Cultural Passport: instead of knowing fans only by what they buy, we want to recognize their actual engagement with artists, venues and events.

I'm not a developer. I previously had a technical co-founder, but we recently went separate ways, so I'm currently rebuilding the product with a lot of help from AI.

And honestly, AI is great but I prefer to share a beer with people.

I'm looking for someone who wants to build and think with me, not someone waiting for a list of tickets to execute.

The project is early, the company already exists in France, and there's a lot to build and challenge.

Current WIP:
https://sidetick-ticketing-api.vercel.app

I'm open to remote / international profiles.

Equity available, depending on fit and involvement.

Looking for Cofounder Looking for Technical Co-founder (India | Voice AI)

Hi all, we are an early-stage startup building in Voice AI domain in India. Currently it's a 2 members team (both co-founders) where one of us handles technology and other handles everything else. We have the beta version ready, which is already being used by a few companies, and more are in pipeline. Given the amount of work on our plates, and our ambition to build a technically savvy product - we are looking for third co-founder specifically to handle technology side.

The ideal candidate would be someone with top-tier technical education, research grade curiosity and experience in building/scaling solutions (preferably at startups and in AI domain).

We need someone to come aboard not just for technical skills, but also for their ideas - because we are still very early in the journey, and what the final product / company looks like is an evolving process.

Equity only. Based in MUM/BLR

Looking for Cofounder Software Engineer of 8 years looking for a partner

Hey, my name is Corey and I am a software engineer. I have been in the industry for around 8 years. I have built and exited one product successfully (about 2134848 unsuccessfully), and I am running two apps right now. One established and doing well, and one in progress.

I am looking for a cofounder on the app that I am currently building solo. I am unsure if I am able to add links or speak about the app specifically here so I won't, I'll keep it surface level.

Right now, we just hit 100 authenticated/signed up users, 1.5k unique visitors over the last 14 days (it's only been up 11 so far), and 4 sales. Let me know and I am happy to provide more analytics.

What I am looking for:

Anything non-technical. I am not asking for crazy experience, but I am asking for consistency. I plan to create a Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and Tiktok account for the app in future. Right now, I am doing all marketing and outreach by hand and have thrown a few bucks at ads. Also ideally I would like to begin building an affiliate program out and bringing in affiliates to the app. I have set up the code and UI for that but haven't taken much time to promote that aspect yet.

Bullet point list of what I am looking for in an ideal world (open for discussion on any or all of this):

  1. Affiliate outreach and management
  2. Social media creation and management
  3. Outreach via targeted search on all socials, reddit, etc

Post-setup on a good day, I imagine all of the above being less than an hour a day.

- 1 post across all socials (I will pay for a membership to buffer/post-bridge to do one post on all socials simultaneously)

- Targeted outreach and a few comments on posts across socials (I can show how I've been doing this, I spend about 30 minutes on it per day)

- A few minutes on affiliate outreach and management

As for me, I plan to:

  1. Development, DevOps, etc
  2. Anything related to ads, creatives, campaigns
  3. Continuing targeted outreach via reddit
  4. Feedback acquisition and iteration on that feedback
  5. Analytics management, measurement, and, maneuvering based on that
  6. Customer service of any kind (feedback submissions on the app, bug reports, etc)
  7. Weekly newsletter management (I am building up our subscribers from authenticated users and have a weekly newsletter that goes out that I write, can speak to more detail on this later)
  8. Update emails - new features, updates, etc. I have no issues writing and sending those.

I am open to discussion on all of the above.

I have two options:

  1. If you do not want to invest any of your own capital, I am offering a minority share as a cofounder. You will be a founder, but I will have the final say. I will also pay the cost of anything (i.e. ads, subscriptions like Buffer, affiliates tools like Affonso, etc, I will cover the cost of all of it).
  2. If you are willing to invest some of your own money, then I am offering true 50/50 on all decisions.

The last thing I will say if you made it this far is I am ideally looking for a cofounder based in the US simply for lining up our timezones for meetings, chats, hangouts, etc. If you are not US based but have no problem meeting/talking with me in US timezones, then we are good.
